Life has really been life over the last several years, which has encouraged me to question my purpose. Alongside my career in architectural lighting design, I choose to honor my many passions and expand my life’s work.

My life’s greatest accomplishments are my children whose names define “beautiful breath of life” and “profound wisdom”.

I have been privileged to support many clients through one of life’s most transformative events, pregnancy + birth + parenthood.

…a yoga teacher

Expanding upon my own yoga practice, and committing to a deeper level of understanding, learning, and growth I gained my 200-hr yoga teacher certification in 2012, followed by additional 60-hr intermediate level trainings over the years, and an 85-hr prenatal certification in 2022.

…certified BRM® pro

I was called to continue my learning to promote confidence and trust in physiological birth and bodily wisdom through completion of the Body Ready Method® pro certificate program and Body Ready Birth™ teacher training.
